How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Reveallightning Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you contacted Reveallightning Windows & Siding or made a call
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were matched with

If Your Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record, such as photos, dates and messages.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Reveallightning Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@reveallightning.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
