You talk to an independent provider in our network. That is a local business that does window replacement or siding installation for a living. Reveallightning Windows & Siding is only the link that gets your request to them.

There are no staff profiles on this site. The people who visit your house and do the work belong to the provider, not to us.

What happens when you reach out

First, you send a request or Request a callback. Next, a provider follows up to ask about your home. Expect simple questions: how many windows, what kind of siding, how old the house is.

Then the provider may set up a visit to measure and look at the walls. After that, you get a quote in writing.

Questions worth asking a provider

Have a pencil ready. These make a good list:

• What products do you suggest, and why? Ask about energy efficient windows and vinyl siding by name.
• Is the price for materials and labor in one written quote?
• Who removes old windows or siding and hauls it away?
• How do you seal and flash around openings?
• What does the warranty cover, and who backs it?
• Can you share your license and insurance details?

Where DIY helps

You can do plenty before anyone arrives. Measure each opening. Clear furniture away from windows. Move things away from outside walls. Photograph rot, cracks or stains.

Know where DIY stops. Ladders on tall walls, heavy glass and wall sealing are provider work.

Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can ask for more than one quote. You can say no. You can take your time.
